What is ProtectMyOrder?

ProtectMyOrder provides peace of mind when ordering online, addressing delivery issues that may arise for a small additional fee at checkout.

ProtectMyOrder covers:

  • Theft/Mis-delivered: If tracking shows delivery but you haven't received your order, we'll confirm a resolution within 3 working days.
  • Damage during Transit: If the item arrives damaged or marked, we'll offer a quick solution as soon as we receive contact.
  • Loss during Delivery: If your tracking link does not display any updates for a period longer than the specified duration for each service, please contact us via email or through here to initiate the resolution process:
  • DPD Domestic: 4 days

    DHL Domestic: 4 days

    Royal Mail Domestic: 7 days

    DPD International: 7 days

    DHL International: 7 days

Before placing your order including ProtectMyOrder, please be aware that this service does not cover the following:

  • Delays with international shipments regarding any customs/duties or refusal to co-operate with courier services.
  • Order claims showing proof of delivery to the correct address, supported by courier-supplied photographic evidence, GPS-verified delivery location, and satellite imagery.

If any issues occur with your delivery, we prioritise resolving your query. Contact our customer service team at support@sidemenclothing.com, and we'll initiate an investigation to find a solution promptly.

Please note that this service is an addition to our standard services, outlined in our terms and conditions. Payment of the additional fee is considered acceptance of this contract.

How Can I Create An Account?

To create an account with us, head to the top right of the website and click ‘account’, then ‘create account’, fill in your details and a verification email will be sent to the email address provided. Once this has been verified you will be able to log into your account.

Can I Link An Account To Previous Orders?

If you have placed orders previously, when creating a new account use the email address linked to your previous orders and this will recover your orders for you.

How Do I Reset My Password?

To reset your password head to the account section of our website and press ‘forgot your password?’, enter the email address linked to your account and you’ll be sent a password reset email.

How Do I Add A Shipping Address?

To add a new shipping address simply log into your account and head over to ‘view addresses’, from here you can open the add a new address button, fill this in and save the shipping address details for future orders.

How Do I Amend My Shipping Address?

To amend a shipping address, log into your account and open ‘view addresses’. From here you can edit any of your saved shipping addresses.

How Do I Delete My Shipping Address?

To delete a shipping address, simply log into your account, navigate to ‘view addresses’ and delete any unwanted shipping addresses.

Can I Change My Email Address Linked To My Account?

Unfortunately, at this time we are unable to transfer accounts across email addresses.

What Is ClearPay?

ClearPay is a payment service which allows us to offer customers from the United Kingdom the ability to make purchases on orders instantly, then pay for them in four equal payments every 2 weeks without any interest. Please use Clearpay responsibly, and note that late fees do apply.

How Does It Work?

When at checkout, select ClearPay as your payment method. From here you will be required to pay for the order in 4 instalments which are due every 2 weeks. This is interest free when all 4 payments are made on time. If you’ve used Clearpay before, just log in to your Clearpay account. Then complete your order!

Who Can Use ClearPay?

Sidemen Clothing offers ClearPay as a payment method to permanent UK residents aged 18+. Customers with international billing addresses cannot use Clearpay or create a Clearpay account. Other eligibility criteria apply. See Clearpay Terms Of Service for further details. .

Additional Info

There’s no minimum spend on orders checked out with ClearPay, however, there is a maximum limit of £1000. Your maximum order value may be lower depending on factors such as being a new customer or your payment history.

How Do I Subscribe To Your Newsletter?

Simply scroll to the bottom of the page, enter your email address in the box and press sign up.

How Often Do We Send Out Newsletters?

We aim to send out 2-3 newsletters per week, we have no set schedule so be sure to keep an eye on your inbox as these contain the latest deals and offers!

How Do I Unsubscribe From Your Newsletter?

Just press the 'unsubscribe' button at the bottom of the email newsletter.

Do we sell Gift Cards?

You can find our wide selection of Gift Cards here.

Are They A Physical Product?

No, they are not. Our Sidemen Clothing Gift Cards are digital, meaning that once purchased these will be sent to the email address provided with your order.

How Long Do They Take To Be Sent?

During a normal Monday to Friday these can take anytime up to 24 hours to be sent. As our team is out of office over the weekends/bank holidays, it is unlikely you will receive your Gift Card during these periods.

Do They Have An Expiry Date?

You’ll be glad to know that our digital Gift Cards do not have an expiry date which makes these perfect birthday and Christmas presents!

Can I Use One Gift Card Across Multiple Orders?

Our Gift Cards allow you to redeem them across multiple orders, your redemption code will stay the same no matter how many times this is used.

Can I use two promotional codes together?

Unfortunately, promotional codes cannot be used together, unless stated otherwise. If you enter more than one promotional code, only the last code entered will apply.
