Shipping policy

Orders placed before 7pm should be dispatched same day.

• Domestic Shipping: 1 - 3 working days
• FedEx International: 3 - 10 Working days depending on location.

If you have not received your order within 3 weeks of placing your order, please get in touch via the contact form on this page and someone will be able to assist you.

 

After placing an order, you will have a 45minute window to make any changes to your order, including size changes, product changes, shipping address amendments.

You can make these changes through your account page or by clicking the button in your order confirmations email. If it is passed the 45 minutes, you will need to get in touch via the contact form. If your order has already been dispatched, we will be unable to make any amendments.
